Find brands files and media.
Find source files, original vector art files and high resolution images for the brands you work with. Search use simple words or phrases. Browse by company, brand, tag, taxonomy/category or recently added assets. You can add brands and assets to watchlists too - so you get notified if there is a change or a new file added. You can view recently viewed assets and if you've created an Upload Account you can also browse just your own data by browsing by My Assets, My Brands, etc.
The search field is always available. Just enter a search term, brand, name etc and hit go, then your away. 
Or click browse to see what's available, you can browse by company, brand, tags or taxonomy categories. 
Lists the number of assets, brands and companies found. Click a button to browse within the search results. 
Asset summary. Click the name or the thumbnail to visit the asset detail page. You may have to login if it's a locked asset. 
Add the asset and all it's files to your cart.

If you're logged in you can edit your profile and view extras like your saved Watchlists. 
You can sort search results by name, id, brand, latest and type.
Upload and Organize your brand files.
Organize your brand assets in a secure and easy to access online library. Setup brands, sub brands and custom taxonomies or categories. Then create new brand assets and upload files to them. Logos, images, photos, pdf's, vector files, artwork, products and more. Maintain excewllent meta data about each asset and even individual files. Add copyright statements to each asset and get an accurate overview of their use.
View asset details - you can browse to other areas by clicking the relevant links.
If you manage this Asset, you can Edit the asset details, Move the asset to another brand or Archive it. Upload new files to this asset. You can uplaod as manyfiles as you like. Thumbnail preview of the file. Hover over it to display the trash can and move icon. If you manage this asset you can delete the file by clicking the trash can or move the asset by dragging teh move handle. Managers can change the name of the file by clicking the "change" link. Add all the files for this asset to your cart. Click the 'i'nformation icon to display addittional file meta data if available and display web image url's View the history for this asset by clicking the History link. You can also guage popularity of this asset with the number of views and downloads shown. 
If you want to be notified of any changes to this asset, you can add this asset to your watchlist.
Share your brands assets and files.
Invite people to download your brand assets and files by giving them self-service access OR send them any file effortlesely via eCourier. No more CD burning required. You can even use BrandFM as an FTP system - by uploading files and then sending them via eCourier. You stay in complete control over who has access and you get reports about download activity - so know exactly who has your files and when they got them.
The Share side menu show the steps for sharing. More options with sharing includes a list of previously Invited Users, a list of already shared Resources and who has access to them and a list of outstanding Access Requests. Account name. If you've been invited to upload to multiple accounts you'll see all these listed here. You can select any mix of Brands Sub-Brands or
Assets that you wish to share.
Download instantly.
Users can instantly get the high quality source artwork and image files they need to meet deadlines (provided they have permission) with self-service access. No need to bother the brand owner/manager once they have permission. Easy.
In the cart side menu you can also view - backorders waiting for approval, previous downloads and your saved carts in which you can reload. Shows all the files (some assets have multiple files) selected. You can also view your cart contents in a Contact Sheet or Light-box view. You can remove everything from your cart with the Clear-All button. Click the DOWNLOAD button to download all the files (zipped up) to your computer.
Click the eCOURIER™ button to send all the files (zipped up) to someone's email address.
Click the SAVE button to save your cart to dig up later without having to search for them all over again. The date the asset was last updated. Remove individual files if they are not required.
Send any size file instantly with eCourier.
You can quickly send any size file (or a bunch of files) to anyone anywhere with a feature we call eCourier. And because you can now Upload and eCourier - No more FTP. No more CD burning and no more hanging around waiting for the courier pickup and delivery. Simple. Fast. Brilliant.
Once you've added the files you want to send to your cart and clicked the eCourier button. Choose to send the source files and/or jpg versions. Then enter the recipients email address . You can send to more than one recipient by adding additional emails separated by commas. Next type a message which will be included in the email sent.
Your very own branded micro-site.
Every Upload Account gets its' own subdomain and custom branded micro-site (even Free accounts). Use it to create your own Image Library, Online Product Catalog or Brand Media Library. Link to your micro site from your main website or use as a stand alone site.
Users can visit your site to view and download your brand files and images OR they can search across multiple companies at the brandfm.com site. Your data is listed in the main site automatically for free.
Easy peasy product catalog.
Easily create an online product catalogue complete with multiple images per product, product specs and more that is brandable, linked to your main website and supports your retail channel partners. Custom catalogs included free with every account. Just set it up, link to your site and invite your partners to take a look.
Not only that but visitors to the main BrandFM site can search across multiple product catalogs in one place where your prodyucts are also listed and it's completely free. It's so easy and it'll save you thousands of dollars.
You can upload an Avatar for each brand in your catalog. Users can easily navigate around your catalog and browse to the category they want (or they can search). You can easily organize your catalog with 3 levels of brand hierachy, use tags and taxonomy. Users can clearly see where they are in the catalog find eactly what they're looking for.
Tune in to an RSS feed.
You can tune in to the brands you're interested in, by subscribing to an RSS feed. Just click the RSS feed link (or copy the link) into your favorite feed reader and bingo - whenever something changes you'll see the change pop up in your unread articles. You can get a feed for all the latest assets for a site (e.g. acme.brandfm.com), for your own saved watchlist across multiple sites or the BrandFM blog. Then if you prefer not to receive emails you can switch email notifications off. That's smart.
You can tune into your own personal brand channel by viewing the "My Watchlist" page (you'll need to have added something to your watchlist already). Click the RSS icon in your browser. You'll then get a an XML RSS data feed or a link you can copy and add to your favourite feed-reader.
Manage your profile.
You can use BrandFM without ever registering as a user. However if you want to request access to restricted items you'll need a logon. It's free and you also get some other advantages. You can backorder restricted items, you can create Watchlists. You can save carts for later download or to sned to others using eCourier. You can control whether you get email notifications and more. Once you sign up you can edit your profile and get access to the members only extras. All for free.
Click Profile to view your personal profile informtion. You can change your Avatar (user picture) by clicking on the default image and uploading a new image. Your details. You can also complete your extended profile which may help brand owners trust you when you request access to a locked item. You can Edit your details, Change your password or go on Holiday and appoint a substitute, while you're away. You can access your Watch list, Saved carts, review what you've Downloaded already or Permissions you may have with these links. You can choose to have Notifications be email or not. If you choose no then you can review your Notifications in your Profile in-box.
Manage your account.
Every user at BrandFM can also create an upload account. Once you have an account you can create an online catalogue and upload your brand files and images to share with others or just as a great place to save and organize your brand assets. You can choose a free account or a paid account with more capacity - it's up to you and you can change or cancel your acount at any time. What's more you can customise the look and feel and the name of your BrandFM site, upload your logo and more. You can create your own taxonomy, mandatory tags, look at reportsand get deployment code as well. All available your Account page.
If you've created an Upload Account you can click on the Account link to view your account details. You can change your Account Avatar. Edit your account details, Change your credit card or Close your account. A summary of your curent Account Plan, you can change plans by clicking the Change Plan link. Review account based Reports and Invoices. Create and Edit account wide Mandatory Tags. Select a Category Taxonomy from preloaded taxonomies, such as GS1 Global Product Categories. Edit the Look & Feel and URL for your branded micro-site. Get deployment HTML code that you can insert into another webpage to connect up your .brandfm.com micro-site. Don't like our button styles just replace the graphics with your own.
Help is everywhere.
A simple thing. But everywhere you are in BrandFM help is just a single click away. Click the help button at the top of every page and you'll get context sensitive help which drops down right in front of your eyes. We even show help automatically on every page for first time users until you're ready to turn it off. If that's not enough you can call our help desk for free telephone support or consult our blog or support pages for addittional help and tips.
Wherever you are you can click the blue help icon at the top of each page to get page specific help. Click the help icon again or click the Close Help link at the bottom of each help screen to close the blue help panel.
