Scenario: Finding and sending files to someone with eCourier
Let's walk through the process
You need to send a logo file to a sponsor who wants to include your logo
in a new advert they're working on.
You want to be sure they use the correct artwork and colours.
Click the Search box and enter the name of the brand or logo you want and click Go.
BrandFM will display the search results, with a thumbnail and details for each asset found
View the Asset you want by clicking on its' thumbnail or name
Or you can just add all the files available for the asset directly to your cart by clicking the green 
button and skip this step.
Note: You may have to logon to see the details of an asset. Or you can just add to your cart and login later.
Add the files you want to your cart.
Selecting a file by clicking on its' Add button or select all the files with the Add-All button 
.
Note that your "Cart" tab changes from "empty" to display the number of files you've selected.
Click the Cart tab to view your cart.
When vieiwng your cart contents, you can remove unwanted files, or view the selection in a Contact-Sheet or Light-box view.
Click the eCourier button when you're ready to send.
Complete the eCourier form and click Send.
An email will be sent to the recipient(s) with your message and a link back to a webpage where they can download the files you selected for delivery. They can then download them without the need to login.
That's it - you're done
An email has been sent to your recipients.You should now have the files you want on your computer. They will be saved with a filename in this format "BrandFM....zip".
You'll need to unzip the zip package to access the files. We recommend you use good unzipping software to unzip the package.
Recipient gets an email.
Each recipient gets an email with your message and a link to a download page. Once the user clicks the link they'll be able to
download the files you've sent them without having to login.

Once the recipient click the link in the email, they'll go to a web page where they can download the contents of the package.
Once download they'll have the files you sent them on their computer and you'll have a record of the download in your download report.
