You can trial all plans for up to 30days. If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing.
Your details are always securely protected. Our login, account setup and payment pages are all secure pages protected by SSL encryption and we use secure third party authentication through certified payment processor, Payment Express for processing your credit card payments, so we never hold your credit card details in our database.
We offer plans denominated in US dollars, Euro's, British Pounds, Australian dollars and New Zealand dollars.
We are detecting your IP address and are displaying the currency we consider the best fit for your location. However you can elect to buy in one of the alternative denominations if you prefer, by selecting the appropriate flag.
Basic branding of your BrandFM library is included at no additional cost. If you want deeper customisation, we can do this for you at any time for a very reasonable fee. Contact us for a quotation or more info.
All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser. We support Firefox and Safari on Mac. Internet Explorer 6 or later and Firefox on the PC.

Your accountant insisting you need to be invoiced in your own currency or you require on account billing, or just need something else. Please contact us as we may be able to arrange this offline for you.
Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime you want. Just go to your Account settings and choose the desired plan.
Note: To downgrade a plan you may need to reduce your storage requirements first by deleting data.
We'll charge your credit card each month on the monthly anniversary of the date you signed up. We'll also send you an invoice to the "Email address for invoices" you specify in your Account setup. You can also view invoices in your Account/Reports section.
If you cancel your account before the first invoice date, you won't be charged at all.
There are no additional per-user charges, nor charges for setup or cancellation. The only thing you ever have to pay is the monthly subscription fee (plus any extra storage/traffic fees applicable, if you're on an unlimited plan). If you are in New Zealand we are required by law to add GST/Tax of 12.5%
If your company is outside New Zealand, there are no addittional tax charges.
Since these standard web plans don't have long term contracts, you are free to cancel your account at any time. Just go to your Account section find the Close this Account button. If you close your account, you will be billed for the period from the last invoice up to and including the close date.
Note1: Your Account and all data will be deleted immediately and permanently (there is no undo).
Note2: If you have a custom plan you should contact BrandFM support if you wish to cancel your account.
Note3: If you cancel your account before the end of the first month you won't be billed at all.
If you cancel your account we will charge you for the service rendered up to and including the day of cancellation. Refunds can not be issued as you are charged in arrears (i.e. after you have already utilised the service for the preceeding period).
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
If you require an invoice and Purchase Order basis we cannot do this online. You will need to contact us to arrange an offline account and go through the usual rigorous credit check process!. You will therefore need to allow a few days for this type of account to be setup.
BrandFM is designed so you can publish, manage and distribute your brand assets easily yourself (or invite your agency or designer to do so). Every BrandFM account includes self-service publishing.
However if you want to outsource this process - our expert team can provide professional services including: data preparation, publishing, photography, repurposing, liasion with your agencies and designers, on site training and support if required on a time and materials basis. Contact us for more information.
An example of simple outsourcing is where you send us source files (from say your agency), which we validate, repurpose and publish to your account on your behalf.
