Browsing
If you don't really know what you're looking for, but you want to see what's available, then you can use browse to scout around. You can browse by company, brand, folder, tags or taxonomy categories. Most of the ways you browse are inter-linked so just get stuck in and start browsing somewhere.
Managing your own files
You can use browse to find and manage your own brands and assets. In addition, once you have signed in, there are
several new menus items available to you on the left hand side
(My brands
My folders,
My Assets and
My Archives and
My Watchlist and
Recently Viewed)
.
These are there just to give you a quick way to find your brands and files.
Once you have found your files, you can edit them from there.
Permission is important!
Log in for extra permissions - Some files have restricted access imposed by the brand manager/owner. If these files are really secret (Private) they won't even
show up in browse (or search!) So make sure you're logged in if you are looking for some private files that you own or have permissions to.
Another Option: Searching
If you know what you are looking for, the easiest way to find it is to use Search.
Use the Search box in the top left corner of the menu bar to search for key words like "brand name", "asset name" or "keywords".

advanced search page. We highly recommend it,
You can do tonnes if you spend just 5 minutes learning about it!
